Engineering Platform

An Engineering Platform for streamlining the software development lifecycle for internal teams within Thoughtworks. It provides developers with self-service capabilities for building, deploying, and managing applications, often integrating CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, version control, monitoring, and security features into a unified environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Technology Principal, I played a key role in the planning and execution of the digital platform strategy, collaborating with technical leaders to align technology decisions with overarching business goals.
• Provided critical technical expertise to the team, guiding the design and implementation of engineering solutions that optimize the technology landscape, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term business needs.
• API & Events Platform Design & Enhancement: As the Tech Lead for the API & Events Management Platform, I took ownership of the platform’s design, enhancement, migration and evolution to enable seamless data exchange and event handling across systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• I was responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project from design to execution, including defining quality strategies, satisfying cross functional requirements, implementing security measures, and ensuring the delivery of a scalable platform.
