Product configurators are tools that help customers to customize their products during purchase based on the preloaded configurations. Product configurators improve the overall experience of customers by making the purchase more interactive and engaging.
Client: Leading multinational manufacturing conglomerate based out of South Korea
Key Responsibilities:
- Took ownership for the implementation and execution of various product configurators by closely working with the stakeholders.
- Involved in the configurator’s design discussion for enhancements and changes.
- Made a significant contribution by leading a team of three members to ensure the successful delivery of configurators during the holiday season.
- Guided the team for the efficient configuration model design across the suite of configurators.
